As a true introvert, I have always loved spending time at home. Like many of you, 2020 taught me many lessons about our world. I spent more time at home than ever before. This time created an even stronger pull for me to make my house a home and find beauty in the space I share with loved ones. It also reminded me of how much I love - and missed - gathering with small groups of people I adore. I crave this time and enjoy the slow, personal, and soulful connections.

Through these gentle reminders port & pillar was born.

Since I was a child I have found great joy in gift giving, celebrations, traditions, and spending time at home with people I care about. port & pillar is my mission to share this joy with you. I want to help you celebrate - celebrate the big, the small, and everything in between. I want to help you create a home that feels like a warm hug when you walk in the door at the end of a long day. A home to enjoy the changing seasons. A home in which you can effortlessly host gatherings with your loved ones. I want you to never have to guess or wonder what gift will remind that special someone just how you feel about them.

When I’m not helping people create joy in the small moments of life with port & pillar, I work as an assistant principal helping children navigate our world. At the end of each day I am so grateful to return home to a space where I feel at peace! The absolute favorite part of my home is who I get to share it with - my boyfriend, Ethan, and our two adorable pups, Riley & Fletcher. Outside of my love for creating cozy spaces at home, I enjoy exploring new restaurants and music venues in my city - Denver, Colorado.
